Return Policy:
All returns are exchange only due to shipping damages or quality issues. We will do our absolute best to satisfy all of our customers in any way that we can. Please e-mail us with any questions about your purchase.
Warranty Info:
Boardz Warranty
Our board construction is covered for 1 year under normal use. Water damage is NOT covered. We reserve the right to refuse claim to any Boardz that we feel were miss treated or abused.
Bagz Warranty
Stitching on Bagz is covered for 30 days under normal use.
Claims:
E-mail us and let us know there was a problem and then, just ship your Boardz or Bagz back to us with your receipt and we will replace it. Simple as that.
Shipping Info: We ship our Boardz via UPS. Bagz are also sent via USPS flat rate.( up to 2 sets for the same shipping costs)
Pick ups are welcome just e-mail us to make arrangements.
